Activities:
Mood Disorder Support Group (DBSA Metro Baltimore) -- This is our most popular activity that meets on Wednesdays and Fridays from 7:30 - 9 pm. This activity focuses on those with depression or bipolar illness, but people with other mental illnesses are welcome in this group. Everyone is given the chance to talk or pass. Confidentiality about who attends this group and about any personal information relayed in this group is required in this activity, and all of our other groups as well.
Each Wednesday we offer the following:
- Discussion of Current Events and Health, Arts & Crafts, Games, Meditation, Music Appreciation: 5 - 7:30
- Mood Disorder Support Group: 7:30 - 9 pm
- Peer Discussion: 5 - 7:30 pm
- Mood Disorder Support Group: 7:30 - 9 pm

Directions to the Sheppard Pratt Hospital Campus:
- Bus: The #3 goes to the Sheppard Pratt Hospital Campus. Get off the bus, at the pavilion in front of the Central Building. Go in the Central Building entrance. Take the elevator to the ground floor ("G"), and follow the signs to the Sullivan Day Hospital or On Our Own.
- From the North and the Baltimore Beltway (I-695):
Sheppard Pratt is inside the Baltimore Beltway (Interstate 695) off of Exit 25. After you are on the ramp for Exit 25, follow the signs for Charles Street (Rt 139). Proceed south on Charles Street approximately 2 & 1/2 miles. You will see a sign designating a left turn into the Sheppard Pratt campus. See directions that follow to the Sullivan Day Hospital. - From the South:
Head north on N. Charles St. You will see signs designating the turn into the campus on the right. See directions that follow to the Sullivan Day Hospital.
Directions to the Sullivan Day Hospital:
Proceed on Gatehouse Drive to the first stop sign and make a right to the Weinberg Building parking lot. After you enter the Weinberg Building, go down the corridor straight ahead of you (the corridor with portrait paintings), until you reach the elevator. Take the elevator up to the the "T" Level (Terrace Level). When you get off the elevator, turn right. Go down the corridor quite a ways and watch for the Sullivan Day Hospital on your right.
